Mr. Lenox Fingal
Mr. Lenox Fingal is responsible for all operations by maintenance consulting activities. He has worked as a site Project Manager for such companies as Emile Elias, R.K Plummer, Hull Associates and Lange Ballast Company Limited. He has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the building industry.
Lenox is a founding director of the Corporate Dynamics Limited Group of Companies.
Ms. Nisher Joseph
Group Executive Director.
Prior to assuming official duties as Group Executive Director, Ms. Nisher Joseph functioned as Director of Operations responsible for day to day management of the company’s maintenance organization. From there, she moved on to the position of Director Finance and Administration prior to assuming her most recent responsibility.
Ms. Joseph is also a founding member of the CDL Group of Companies.
Mrs. Ihouma Okoli
Group Manager - Finance and Administration
Mrs. Okoli possesses a B.Sc Accounting, Upper Second Class Honors. She also has a M.Sc degree in International Finance from the
Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, UWI. She has over 10 years of accounting experience in the private sector with five years in a managerial role.

Mrs. Ayoola Brathwaithe - Barkarr
Human Resource Generalist
Ayoola Brathwaite-Barkarr is a professional in human resources management. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development.
She holds a professional certificate in industrial relations from Arthur Lok Jack,School of Business.
A diploma in General management from UWI Royetc at A Levels, A Diploma in Human Resources from ABE. Currently pursuing Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources from ABE.
Mrs. Brathwaite-Barkarr works with professionals who are in leadership roles and is looking to understand the strategies they can employ to balance themselves between their personal life and their work life so that they can be more effective in their leadership role.
